Under normal use, the Sidewinder is warrantied for a lifetime against Manufacturing defects by Nieman Enterprises, Inc. Reasonable caution must be implemented in using the Sidewinder, and neither Nieman Enterprises, Inc. nor any of it’s distributors assume any responsibility for injury.
The obligation of Nieman Enterprises, Inc. Shall be limited to the repair or exchange of any part or parts which may prove defective under normal use and at our inspection shall be determined to be thus defective. This warranty is void if the unit is left outdoors, submerged in liquid, or placed in gritty materials including chalk. Purchaser assumes responsibility for postage costs to and from Nieman Enterprises, Inc. for any warranty repairs. Enclose proof of purchase and a description of the malfunction. We are not responsible for lost packages, we recommend purchasing insurance for your package. Nieman Enterprises, Inc. offers no other warranty expressed or implied.
Some states do not allow exclusions or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. The warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

All refunds/exchanges must be returned in new condition in the original packaging within (10) days of receipt of purchase. US customers will be responsible for return shipping. A $7 restocking fee will be deducted from any refund in the US.
International customers are also responsible for shipping both ways. Please allow 6-7 business days for your return to be processed or an exchange to be sent. Please insure your package as we are not responsible for lost packages. We are not responsible for customs fees.
