Under normal use, the SideWinder is warranted for a lifetime against manufacturing defects by Nieman Enterprises, Inc. Reasonable caution must be implemented in using the SideWinder, and neither Nieman Enterprises, Inc., nor any of its distributors, assume any responsibility for injury. The obligation of Nieman Enterprises, Inc. shall be limited to the repair or exchange of any part or parts which may prove defective under normal use and at our inspection shall be determined to be thus defective.

This warranty is void if the unit is left outdoors, submersed in liquid, or placed in gritty materials.

Purchaser assumes responsibility for postage costs to Nieman Enterprises, Inc. for any warranty repairs. Enclose proof of purchase and a description of the malfunction. Postage costs will be refunded to the purchaser if Nieman Enterprises, Inc. finds the product to be defective.

Nieman Enterprises, Inc. offers no other warranty expressed or implied.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. The warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
